The fee
The percentage applies band by band to that month's designer sales, like a tax scale: a store that sells A$30k pays the first-band rate on the first A$10k, the second-band rate on the next A$15k and the third on the last A$5k.
A designer sale is the paid order-line value of a product the shopper personalised in the designer. Delivery is never counted, and test orders never count.

The paid order-line value of any product a shopper personalised in the designer, as it went through your checkout. Products that never touched the designer and test orders are not counted.
No. The designer runs under your domain with your logo, colours and fonts, on every plan. Nothing says PrintWisp.
Not for WooCommerce (install the plugin, press Connect) or a PrintWisp Store. Shopify, other platforms and your own website need a developer; the portal gives them a ready brief.
WooCommerce (plugin), a PrintWisp Store, and Shopify, other platforms or your own website through the API. A Shopify app is Coming soon; we only list what is live today.
PDFs carry bleed, crop marks and the photos at full resolution. Resolution is checked against your dpi floor before a shopper can order. Photobooks are delivered as a cover file with the computed spine and a separate pages file.
You set the paper thicknesses and the binding allowance per book. The designer adds up the page count and shows the spine width live, so the cover artwork always fits. Page counts step in the increments you allow, and the price can follow the page count.
Yes. Uploading, cropping, choosing options and ordering all work on a phone, which is where most of the photos are.
Not by file yet. You add products, sizes, options and prices in the portal, and the price the shopper sees is yours. Change it in one place.
You decide. Your organisation sets how long guest projects and customer projects are kept after their last change (Retention policy), and shoppers get an email before anything is deleted.
Email us before you close the account and we will send your order files. After closing, projects and uploads are deleted within 30 days.
Any time. Moving up takes effect immediately and is pro-rated; moving down takes effect at your next billing date.
The plan is charged at the start of each month. Fees on orders from your own checkout are charged to your card once they reach your threshold, and on the 1st for the rest. With PrintWisp checkout the fee comes out of each payment.
Every account starts in test mode: test keys, test orders, no fees. The 30-day trial is free. Go live with a card and Stripe, then open your stores; only real orders through the designer carry a fee.
No.
Your choice. Embedded in your own shop, the design becomes a line in your cart and the shopper pays in your checkout. With a PrintWisp Store or PrintWisp checkout, shoppers pay the one Stripe account you connect for all your stores, and our fee comes out of each payment. Either way, we never hold your customers' money.
30 days free, no setup fee. If the designer is not earning its fee, switch it off.
